No Nativity at Gig Harbor Parks

After nearly a decade of support for this seasonal tradition, the City has blocked placement of the Nativity Scene on public property (Skansie Park picture above). 

Read on and add your voice - whatever it is - so that the City includes your input as part of their final policy decision in 2017. It's your town. City Council email list.

The Gig Harbor Parks Commission is tentatively scheduled to resume discussions on the "placement of holiday related objects on public land" on Wednesday, February 1, 2017, at 5:30 pm.  The public is encouraged to attend.
